Overview
KAI is designing and implementing a national cross-site evaluation and an evaluation plan and local data collection plan for each grantee; conducting a cross-site analysis of all data and reports; working with grantees to support development of national evaluation progress and summary reports for the program, which are based on the objectives and activities of the grantees and COIPP; and developing national evaluation progress and summary reports. KAI provides individual, tailored grantee evaluation technical assistance (TA).
